Testing Advanced Air Defense Systems with Slovenian Army

As a key contributor to Slovenia’s defense innovations, ASH has actively supported the successful development and testing of the Mangart 25 air defense turret. This cutting-edge, remote-controlled system was recently tested on the Perun 4×4 tactical vehicle at the Bač training ground, in collaboration with the Slovenian Armed Forces and other consortium members led by Valhalla Turrets.

The Mangart 25 turret represents a milestone in integrating advanced technologies for modern tactical vehicles. Designed to counter air and ground threats, it is the result of collaboration among Slovenia’s top defense companies, including ASH, which provided expertise in integrating critical mechanical and electronic components. Following this successful initial test, further evaluations and certifications will ensure its operational deployment within the Slovenian Armed Forces.

At the same event, the Loki 762 weapon station, another product of the consortium, was showcased. Mounted on the Cobra 4×4 reconnaissance vehicle, it features compact design and multi-caliber compatibility. These innovations underscore ASH’s pivotal role in driving Slovenia’s defense capabilities forward.
